What we never do
Three promises.
No patient data
We work only with your public website and blank forms. Never records, never portals with real data.
No overlay widgets
Widgets don't make a site conform. We fix the forms and the code themselves.
No false promises
We test and remediate against WCAG 2.1 AA. We don't give legal advice or guarantee legal outcomes.
Questions
Good to know.
Who has to meet the May 11, 2027 deadline?
Under HHS's 2024 Section 504 rule, organizations that receive HHS funding — including community health centers — must make their web content and mobile apps conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. An interim final rule in May 2026 moved the date to May 11, 2027 for organizations with 15 or more employees, and May 10, 2028 for smaller ones.
Do old PDFs on our site count?
The rule has an exception for documents posted before the deadline, but not for documents people still use to get your services — such as registration, consent and sliding fee forms. Those are usually the first ones to fix.
We already have an accessibility widget. Isn't that enough?
No. Overlay widgets don't fix the underlying code or your PDFs. In 2025 the FTC ordered one widget company to pay $1 million and stop claiming its tool makes websites compliant.
What does the free check include?
An automated test of your homepage and key patient pages against WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules, a check of the PDFs linked from them, and a short report in plain language. Automated tools find only part of the issues, so the report also says what still needs manual testing.
Where are you based, and how do we work together?
We're a small specialist team based in Egypt, working remotely with US health centers. Everything happens by email, so every decision is documented for your compliance file.
Is this legal advice?
No. We provide technical testing and remediation against WCAG 2.1 AA. Please ask your counsel about legal questions.

Tell us about your health center.
We reply within one business day. For a free check we only need your website; for the pilot, tell us which forms patients use most.
